Today’s thought on being a leader…

My job title or position doesn’t matter, if I am not compassionate, honest, genuine, inspiring, and willing to continuously learn, grow and reflect.

My title and job experience doesn’t make me a leader if I have no empathy and integrity.

I can’t lead if no one finds me trustworthy and if I am not willing to evolve along with new innovations which are birthed everyday in organizations and in our personal lives.
